Buy different types of lens (for PLJ)

Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II
Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS

Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM

My lens group for the past decade

From left to right, the second lens is Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS. It produces great image, with the four-stop Image Stabilization. The reason I sold it because the next generation was released on market in July 2011. Moreover, , Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III - the lens is mounted on my camera that does not give me much pleasant experience. I rarely used it, and most of the time, it was kept by my friend. One month later, my friend helped me get rid of it.

My current Lens group

From left to right, Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS and  Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM line up alongside with Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II. As I mention in the PLJ, Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM will rank up to my primary lens, which is mounted on my camera. In a result, Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS will be sold in the near future.
